Ac was working fine before previous oil change, then after they handed me the keys it made a loud noise, brought my vehicle in today for a fuel service, took 3 hours due to low staff (not thier fault but still frustrating) then they thought changing the air filter would fix it but it didn't fix it. The previous filter was placed incorrectly (the service manager stated) so something they did caused the damage to my a/c but it didn't get fixed and I'll likely have to pay for it to get fixed even though I didn't cause the damage.

Chelsea did a great job of pushing my appointment and keeping me informed of all the hold ups. She was the single redeeming thing from this appointment. The tires ordered were not delivered on time for my initial appointment, and then only one of the four was received prior to taking my truck and removing the wheels in the shop. Additionally the tire pressures were incorrect when returned to me, 46 pounds on both drivers side tires and 41/42 pounds on the passenger side. Additionally two of my wheels have new damage to the black paint. All this being said, the install went horribly but Chelsea did a great job trying to make sure I knew what was going on, and doing everything in her power to get me to my medical appointment and get my truck back before close of business.
