For any full size trucks you can’t get your truck washed at the kitsap way car wash. The car wash is too small to get trucks in, like my rig. There needs to be more options for getting your vehicle cleaned if it is large.

The service man, Collin, was extremely friendly & pollute. He asked me if I wanted my windshield wipers replaced even though I forgot that they were covered under my extended warranty. Very nice touch!
Also, I was very surprised that Victoria remember me. It’s extremely nice to feel like you still matter even after the sale.
All in all, you have an excellent team that are all friendly & extremely knowledgeable.

This was the third time I had to come in to get a recall issue fixed- 4 months and many phone calls as well. I was not offered an apology for the previous bungling by West Hills Mazda Service Dept and although the job got done this time, the customer service was seriously lacking. That combined with the $101 charge for an oil change, the long wait for the repair despite having a scheduled appointment and the dirty smudge marks left all over the inside of my windshield insures I will go elsewhere next time.

Well it would’ve been nice if a safety issue like a seatbelt sensor was covered under whatever policy I have considering its A safety issue. The car is two years old and I have been in the shop three or four times now. The product isnt good the customer service is a slap in the face. Don’t give me coffee take care of my car I don’t want to be nickeled and Dimed with a Certified Ford dealership car. And How am I supposed to know whether my diagnostic is Going to be covered if I don’t know what part needs to be replaced. Lastly I spent more of my time dealing with the repair and warranty plus dropping off the car and waiting a day and picking it up than you guys did. Please don’t contact me! Through my two cars that I bought through you it has been a terrible experience.
