Brenda was professional and her delivery of appointment keeping and cashier service was just fine to excellent. Appreciate getting in for an oil change on short notice.
I Asked that the codes be cleared since brakes had just been replaced at home but the diagnostic control device isnt part of home toolbox. No dash lights were cleared at all but I was told there was a leak in a brake caliper, but there was no time available to address on the spot that day. Told that brake fluid had been "topped off." Drove home with every trouble alert light on dash just as before except now persistent (new) alarm LOW BRAKE FLUID illuminated,gonging and unable to drive without hearing alarm continuously. Dealer closed tomorrow and next day for holiday. I will be driving with these alarms going off until they find time to fix it. If it was topped off then why is the alarm just going off immediately afterwards? If there was a leak over the past 2weeks I have been driving on the new brakes, why didn't the alarm sound until the same moment after the fluid was "topped off" 'as a courtesy so I could drive home?' Fast Doublespeak and added new scary problems with no proposed solution was the overall experience.
