The gentleman who assisted me when I came in to pick up my car (I believe his name was Cameron Alameda) was VERY nice! However, when I came to drop it off it was a different person and he was kind of rude and unprofessional in my opinion. His desk is at the very front, I think his name may have been Calvin, whoever was closing this past Monday evening. I realize I had gotten there about 15 mins before closing, but this was my first time ever getting my Mazda serviced here so I didn’t exactly know what to do. He seemed annoyed with me the second I walked in, and when I told him I was dropping off my car he told me to go outside and drop my key off in the drop box. He showed me where it was and I followed him back into the store cause I had a question about the renal car facility since I was supposed to pick it up, I had no idea where it was or how to get the shuttle to pick me up. I asked him about it, he seemed very annoyed and he said he can’t “guarantee” the shuttle will pick me up but he will call them and see. Luckily the shuttle came to pick me up, but before they came he was locking everything up and he left me standing out there alone in the dark waiting for the shuttle. My experience with him just did not feel good, and the whole time I felt very rushed and like it was wrong of me to even be there. Thank you.

Only upset because the vehicle did not make the awful noises when the tech started it on multiple occasions. I know this is not their fault whatsoever. I’m just thankful they did what they could and were willing to try multiple times to help me. I’m sure I will be back in the near future for the same reason, I just hope the vehicle will make the awful noises for the tech so the problem can be addressed. The service was great!

Max was awesome. It took a little longer for my car to get done and he gave me a coffee ticket and walked me to the waiting area. He should me multiple areas to sit and told me as soon as my car was done he would come get me. I was very pleased with the service I received. I liked I could get an oil change, recalls fixed, and new tires put on. Great experience! Again, Max was great!

I was satisied but I am always told that it will take 1 to 1.5 hours when I am waiting and it always takes at least 2 to 2.5 hours. They might as well just say it is going to take at least 2 hours so when 1.5 hours go by a person doesn't get so impatient.
