Max was extremely professional and followed up with every effort to make my service visit comfortable. Unfortunately, I do not believe a 2-hour service call for a prior scheduled oil change and tire rotation is acceptable. I was told it was a busy day and service was overbooked.

The service cost much more than I anticipated. I also went to the parts department because I had sun cracking on my radio antenna and was looking for parts needed to fixit. I was advised by the parts department to ask that the service department take a look and see what part I actually needed and they would order the correct part. I asked the service department to look at the sun damage portion of my radio antenna to see what part I needed to order. I did not authorize removal, only a visual look at what was weak and cracking They ended up breaking my radio antenna. and listing all the parts including the cable as needing replacement for a cost of $191 all these parts are not necessary fact is I need just one part the antenna itself. I have been a customer for many years this is by far my worst experience.

Chris was a joy to work with. He has a very positive attitude and was very accommodating. I had the first appointment of the day, he saw me waiting outside and let me in a few minutes before the shop opened. Later that day, my tire pressure warning light came on. I called Chris and he was able to walk me through resetting the light and why it came on over the phone saving me a trip back to the dealership. Chris made me feel like my time was more important than his time. Great experience and look forward to working with Chris in the future.
