Well after the last couple of visits with my wifes car i took my car in to get serviced everthing went great but i have a broken fog lamp ,left side, it qasnt even noted on the sheet . So what else did he miss? I asked to see the underside of the car , its new to me , qas told no because of covid dont know if that is right or not.

Service was excellent. Colin was prompt and so courteous. Everyone was very positive and upbeat. Seems like a good place to work- I got there 30 minutes before my appointment time and they took me right away. Great communication too as far as what was happening. The two women at the check out counter were very pleasant and helpful. That was a definite improvement from my last visit there when I thought the check out girls were abrupt and didn’t make me feel special or like they appreciated my business. Thank you

I have brought my truck to your service dept twice now and have spoken to Connor both times. Both times I have been told by Connor over and over again how busy he was as if the dealership doesn’t know how to schedule appropriate staff. To me, he seemed more undertrained than overworked. The first time I was handed over to Colin, the assistant manager, to complete my oil change. Colin was polite, prompt, professional, and personable.He was the kind of person I appreciate working with. The last time I was at the service dept, again with Connor, was to get my sync system debugged. I was asked if I was dropping off or waiting. I asked how long it would take since I didn’t make arrangements for a pickup. I expected the appointment would not take more than 2 hours. Connor told me, not only could it take up to 5 hours, but would take 3 hours just to figure out how long it would take. I started getting so mad that my smart watch told me I needed to calm down. Needless to say I didn’t get my sync system debugged. I had to reschedule my appointment to avoid being stranded at the Ford dealership all day. If this is the kind of service you provide, I’m tempted to trade in my truck to a different dealership that knows how to serve its customers.
