I had my first service this Saturday August 11th. Oil change, Tire Rotation and Inspection. When my wife brought the car home she noticed that the Yellow Wrench ( Maintenance Light ) was still on. On the paperwork your shop gave us it states in the comments
"Maint-Light Stuck on". I turned it off and reset the miles for the next Oil Change. Please get with the person that did the oil change and show them how to Reset the Maintenance Light.

Brenda was great but the others in the department gave us a different story and we made several trips to pickup the car when we were told it would be ready (Brenda was offf that day). Most dealerships wash the car after spending a tidy sum for repairs but it was filthy when we picked it up. The check engine light was in after we picked the car up - I wasn’t impressed to get a call that there was “bad news” after I had paid for the original diagnosis and had all the issues fixed on the list. We have purchased 3 cars/truck from you and it wasn’t the best experience. It was chaotic the day Brenda wasn’t there.

Bryan was extremely helpful. Regarding the service received to repair my dent, there are very visible ripples where the dent was, and it is not smooth. Also, on the interior of the door that they were working on, there is a white paint like substance all over the area under the window that I’m having a hard time removing, and there is grease smeared all over the window. Not returned to me in the greatest condition.

Service staff is unprofessional, does not listen to customer and is very very difficult to get ahold of. Service staff does not keep customer up to date in status and when my transmission was worked and then drove for only three weeks and required to be brought in and no rental was provided to correct what should have been fixed the first time it was brought in. Not a good experience

Cole was great but I had to wait for 5.5 hours just for a diagnosis as to why my A/C wasn't working! Now I have to come back for a 3rd time & spend even MORE time sitting in your boring waiting room while you, hopefully, get the A/C to work! And no courtesy loaner car!
