Great customer service by the man who checked in my car for an oil change. It was 8:30am and I was told it would be one hour. The first hour I waited very obnoxious rock music played loudly. Finally nice easy listening music came on. Then I waited another hour. After 15 more minutes I went outside and saw my car parked and ready. I dont know how long it had been there, but I was not happy. I sincerely have a very busy schedule and long commute every day (why I bought the mazda, which I love), it was a frustrating waste of time. Perhaps if I had been told it would be over 2 hours I would have felt differently. As is, i would certainly not recommend WH

I never requested a tire rotation just a oil change. The tires are new and have less then 2000 miles on them

My oil change took a lot longer than previous. I was there for almost 2 hours. When it was done my car was not brought into the building like others I saw, it was parked somewhere unknown to my advisor.

Mr. Waggoner was excellent. The problem was with the two women my husband and I worked with to order the key and make the appointment. The Key had not been ordered and neither my husband’s or my name appeared in the computer system except for my appointment today. I live a good hour away from your place of business and I waited approximately 45 minutes for Chris to search everywhere and discover that there was no Key available. Note: we ordered a second key and this appointment was to get it properly set up ( I don’t remember the exact terminology). So in all I wasted almost two hours of my time and the cost of running the car up to West Hills. But again Chris was great. He was extremely apologetic about the whole fiasco.

I have brought my truck in multiple times and no one has been able to diagnose the actual cause of why my truck goes through oxygen sensors and catalytic converters every couple thousand miles.
