I would have appreciated being kept better informed about the status of my vehicle. I have a really bad back, so sitting for long periods is really hard for me, and it was over 3 1/2 hours that I had to wait for my car on 3-15-18. I know diagnostics can take a while, but it would have been nice to have been kept in the loop better about how things were going.

Stacie seemed to be upset i was in her space , didn’t want to look up warranty and what i had serviced at 60k.. changed a 3 yr service to oil change and tire rotation only. Ready at 9 am she sent an email. I was in lobby and didn’t see email. Another advisor let me know in person at 9:35. So not my best trip in for service!

My warranty work was not covered because of a subjective opinion made by supposedly smelling a gasket that my DEF system was contaminated. It was not. There has never been anything introduced to that tank other than DEF straight out of the auto supply house and into my truck. This cost me over $1,600 dollars out of pocket. It is my belief that Ford is giving push back to service departments on warranty work and that it is easier and more profitable for service departments to charge the customer rather than warranty the issue. Furthermore, I was told by the service writer that I should alter my truck drive train by DELETING the DEF system which in turn would void ALL warranty that the truck may ever have. I will be seeking advice on this matter.

Service took 40 minutes longer than estimated, without a service advisor coming to update me. Original service advisor who took my order did not put into the computer one of the requested items. She then left for the day and another service advisor took over the ticket. When I finally went to ask about when my car would be finished, the new service advisor checked with the maintenance people and brought the car out stating it had just been completed. He did not review the provided services or the maintenance checklist. This may have been because I asked about the forgotten item, but he knew nothing about. While he offered to schedule another appointment to address it, this was unsatisfactory. There were a few small things such as not providing me with the coupon for the complimentary car wash (which I had to come back and ask about), missing ‘next oil change due’ window sticker. Taking together with the missed service item, and the extended length of service and poor communication, I am very concerned about the quality of services this dealership provides. Additionally, while I was enjoying a snack in your provided café area near the front desk, I witnessed the front desk receptionist repeatedly spitting sunflower seed shells into a cup while sitting at her desk. This was unpleasant to see while eating, but moreover is completely inappropriate behavior for the person who greets your customers.
