Lack of communication in which made the experience very unsettling. I had to reach out more then once attempting to receive updates with the progress of the repairs. Finally, things really became more disappointing after attempting to contact Mrs. S. Harris Friday afternoon. I decided to stop by whereas I was informed that she had left work early due to a illness, hopefully, she’s feeling better but I couldn’t understand why as a customer her co -employees weren’t informed of her customer service responsibilities per that Day, someone needs to follow up with paperwork, details of repairs and most importantly, accept her calls so that we as Customers will be within the know and not left wondering what happened with their service, not good!!!!

Poor communication between representative and customer. The work I wanted done was expected to take very long and cost a lot, which it did. I was scheduled for the wrong day when making my appointment over the phone. And was given one days notice prior to my appointment that was in fact on the incorrect date. In the future when making an appointment over the phone I would like an initial confirmation of when the appointment was scheduled for. Not the day before the appointment.

Everything went well with the service, everyone is friendly and helpful, but for the second time in a row the check tire light come on shortly after leaving the dealership. I will again be returning to get the light reset but it's a long drive and should be unnecessary.
