Kelsi was a wonderful service rep. However...it used to be that Vehicles were vacuumed, a free car wash, washer fluid fill...those small things that made me choose Westhillls vehicle complex for all of my maintenance and repair. Recent ...past one year. ....I have noticed these items are hit and miss. Am considering using other vehicle businesses in the future. Also seem to be getting a lot of emails pushing for vehicle upgrades. Too many.

Late on dates for free oil changes from deal made when car was purchased. Would have thought to keep a good customer it would have been worth your while to adjust for a customer as I also get work done on my Silverado at your other dealership and I will keep that in mind when time to purchase another vehicle.

Had to have vehical tow in twice a few week apart, could not find electrical problem first time troubleshooting. Second time it was towed able to reproduce issue. Second strange electrical issue with truck not sure if this is going to be the normal now. The good news is I got my truck back much faster then expected, thought it would be a week and you got it back in one day, great job there.

Treated with poor customer service by the service advisor, given vague answers on when I could have my work completed. I arranged service and got a quote from a gentleman earlier in the week, but was questioned about bringing my own parts when I came in to have the service done. I was treated like she wasn’t sure if they would be willing to perform the work after I was already given a reasonably quote from another service advisor and had the quote and info in your computer. This was not very comfortable or nice. The service advisor tried to add 2.5 hours to the bill because the tech couldn’t get the alignment corrected, which is included in the quote to do the work. Then suggested I take the car home with the alignment not correct, which I refused, because they wanted to go home. I was very specific that I needed the car back today so I could go to work Monday, so I had to insist they stay a little longer to finish the job correctly.
The mechanic was very nice, know and seemed sharp! I wanted my own pitched suspension parts, Ford, installed correctly by Ford.
