Chelsea did a good job and showed professionalism but you did not have the parts to do the work so time was wasted. I was informed that you were planning on completing the repair .

So... i bought a f350 in chelalis wa. It need some warranty work done. I brought it to your facility. Was given a rental. Called 2 hours later saying that the parts needs to be ordered and it will be 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks i called the dealer. They miraculously arrived that morning. I scheduled a appt for dec 1st. I brought my truck in. I had a coupon from chaialis ford for alignment,rotate and balance. Your facility stated the would honor the 15% coupon.i asked the cost of the alignment and she stated around $150. Brenda stated it would be 3-5 days. I got my rental and went on my way. On day 5 brenea called and said the technicisn hit his head and had to go to the hospital. She said it woul be done friday. Friday she called stating the gasket sealer needs to cure and it will be ready saturday between 10 and 1 pm. Saturday she calls and says the technician went home with a fever. She assured me that she will call monday, on her day off to give me an update. Monday came, no call. Tursday around 12 i received a call from Chelsea on behalf of Brenda. She said my truck was ready and the total was $400!!!. I Went to pick up my truck. Explain that my truck has now been there for 14 days and the price is over 2 1/2 times the price quoted. Chelsea said she would be willing to take $100 off the bill. I understand things happen but it was 3x the amount of days and almost 3 times the price. Im very dissatisfied.

I need to contact warrantee provider to find out just what my $3500 plan is supposed to cover. Last visit for service cost me over $300 and yesterday cost me $800. Each time I ask about what is covered it seems like whatever I need done is not covered. Service tried to charge me for wiper blades I was told I had coming for free. That was corrected by the gentleman that checked me out. I still do not know everything that was done. Connectors were cleaned and the many faults went away. I don't know what was up with the transmission not shifting correctly. I thought Ms. Dunn said something about a necessary part but I never got a good explanation. I know she had to leave as she wasn't feeling well yesterday. Hope she's ok and not getting this virus. My truck works as it should again so there is that positive note.

Getting ahold of the proper people to set up an appointment is almost pointless. I’ve had days where I wait on the phone for over an hour as the “next person in line” so i just wait to schedule an appointment until i can reach somebody else, my service package expired with one last prepaid service on it as a result.
This was rated as “Completely Satisfied” as to not rate Colin down. He and the rest of the service advisors make the experience not so bad.

Although I was satisfied with the service, I didn't appreciate the trying to over sell services. Particularly, I my case were rear link replacements. If I hadn't asked what this entailed it would be very expensive service NOT REQUIRED. Upon check out I was informed and after I declined this service was not necessary. Wonder how people assume because the service tech states an issue it must be required. My vehicle has less than 85k in mileage.
