My service advisor, Pam was great. My problem dealt with your interface between parts and service. I scheduled an appointment for a steering damper replacement due to an occurrence of the dreaded Ford “death wobble.” The scheduler knew what was to be changed out but clearly was not able to ascertain that the damper was on backorder. Fast forward to my appt. I drove the 30 minutes to drop off my F250 for its work with my wife in tow to give me a ride home (no courtesy car on a recall item!). Later in the day. I was informed that my oil change was complete but that I’d have to reschedule for the recall fix. Very aggravating!!! When I picked the truck up, the service Mgr did agree to a comp one-day loaner car so we wouldn’t have to double-car it again.

The front office ladys are awesome, unfortunately the actual service agents are the concern. My truck was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were rotated, but the tire pressure was never adjusted, my right front had 80lbs, left front 60 lbs etc yet the receipt said the multi point inspection was completed. This was incorrect because i had a TPMS warning indicator showing not working. Every tech had to see it, yet not annotated, addressed nor corrected. If this service department cant see the big **** warning when they start the truck and cant even check to ensure proper tire pressure, what else did they half ****? Absolutely no quality control. I paid for the TPMS using a reputable company out of pocket as I tow a 40 foot fifth wheel and rely on working systems to ensure my and my familys safety. Absolutely rediculous that this company would say they performed all checks and services, yet return my vehicle in this state. Pulling 16k with tire pressures like this could have resulted in blown tires, and at 60 mph, could have caused destruction of property or worse, injury to my family or others. I contacted the service manager, she wanted me to bring it back in so they could correct, but it wouldnt have been for another week causing me to take another day off etc. Its just unfortunate that I now have to find a trustworthy place to perform maintenance. I paid a premium to have the dealership do my regular maintenance, it can be done cheaper and quicker, yet believe there was benefits having Ford take care of my vehicle. Sadly that no longer applies.
