You guys messed up my window said is was $400+ to fix, and all it took me was a quick Google search to find out it wasnt broken,as it's a procedure that must be followed everytime the battery is disconnected which is literally in the owners manual too, as a dealership you definitely should have known that, to his credit someone named Cameron later called me and told me how to fix it after I had already figured it out myself.

I understand that one hour of labor is 140 so that would mean that 2 hours of labor would add up to 280. I was charged 320. I do not know how that math adds up. And then I was over quoted, that would have included taxes and fees. Then when I go to pick up my vehicle it is almost 80 over that the quote that I had received. If I am to be Quoted I would loke yo have the right quote and not have extras charges as a surprise when I go to pick up my vehicle.
