It was fantastic to have my service completed so much more quickly than I had anticipated, saving me the expense of getting a rental car as I had thought I might need to do because of being unable to sit comfortably for very long. I was told when I made the appointment that it could take 2 1/2 hours, but was promised when I got there that they could have it done in less than an hour, which they did! And the service advisors were great! I was so pleased with how this service appointment went.

Kelsi was cool but some mechanic screwed the pooch 2 months ago on what the trucks problem was. As a result i just waisted four (repete 4) hours of my time, leaving with same problem i waited 2 months for - as some idiot ordered the wrong part, when the diagnosis could have been made by a kindergarten kid. Front camera doesn't work so they order a rear camera? Sick the QA person on the issue, **** get some value out of that position. In other words, get your **** together!????
