Your service member was a rockstar! When I placed an appointment individual said, the maintenance would take anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours and that’s pretty much was the time it took to get the job done. I also like the fact that I got a text message saying it was done and I can pay online which made the receiving of the vehicle faster.

Minor issue when I picked up the truck. The passenger seat was fully reclined. The seat and dashboard had dirty fingerprints and smudged. It all cleaned up. All is well.

Everything went well in the change oil but there was a squeaky sound in the back tail door. This has been going on since we bought the car a d we don’t know where it’s coming from. Just recently my husband figure it out that it’s coming from the inside but since we cannot open it I told the service manager and she said there’s a charge of $148 and some cents. I told her forget about it because it was not our fault that something is loose in there. Since it’s a factory default they should check it out and fix it for no cost. I already told them about it while it’s still on factory warranty but they said they cannot find it so I forgot about it and not it’s doing it again but now the warranty is gone then it happen again. It’s just really disappointing that they won’t fix it. They can check their record that when I complain about it it was still under warranty. I’ve been going West Hills Ford since it was Parr Ford ( around 1998) so I guess loyalty is no even rewarded. ????
