Chelsea was so amazing and nice! On the phone she helped me make the right decisions on what needed to be done for my car and what could wait. Then while I was there to pick up my car they were very busy but she held it together so professionally and with a smile on her face! Also, I was originally so scared of the cost of all the things i needed done due to having gone to another mecanic for so long. When Chelsea told me the price i nearly cried because it was in our budget to help keep me and my son safe. Thank you so much West Hills, you guys are truly amazing!

I made an appointment for June 25 at 12:30pm by phone for an oil change I wrote it down and added it to my calendar. When I got there at 11:30am on June 25 there was no record that I had an appointment. The service rep showed me her screen showing there was no appointment. She asked me to provide an email or text that the appointment was confirmed. She said if I did she could work me in, even though a couple of service engineers were out for the day. I didn’t have that, obviously because my appointment was never entered into your system. She never suggested that it was a mistake by your staff, rather insinuated that I must have made a mistake. I did not. I made a new appointment and got both text and email reminders of the appointment immediately. Clearly not the case in my original appointment which I took time off work to make. I’m frustrated not only that my appointment got lost but that I was made to feel like I didn’t actually make them appointment and I was somehow trying to sneak my car in for an oil change. I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years with no complaints. This was frustrating and offensive.
