It would be nice if the estimates for the amount of the service cost also included estimated tax, parts, and labor. An initial estimate for a 45k service appointment where everything checked out great went from $561 to $620. A sizable increase for those who try and plan expenses.

The best part of my visit was Colin Arper. He answered all my questions and was very professional throughout the whole experience. I usually don’t have complaints but I did have an issue. The work on my car was finished on Saturday. Which was fine by the way. However, after I got home, I found that my hood wasn't closed all the way. I opened the hood and found things loosely attached. It doesn't exactly make me feel safe. I spent 1626.60 on service for my car. I am disappointed. Could we get my car in again? I would like to have everything that was worked on checked to ensure that it's all properly tightened down. Thank you.

The van seems to be running well so far. Even though, I wasn’t expecting repair to take as long as it did, I understand given the age of the van and the mileage. A courtesy car would have been nice considering the cost of repair though. All in all though Brenda kept me up to date and made me feel like Repairs were progressing in the right direction. I appreciate the thoroughness of your team and Brenda’s attentiveness to the repairs. Thank you.

I was disappointed by the lack of follow up with a low tire pressure monitor that came on just as I was pulling in. I explained to he service advisor that I had been having problems with a tire since we purchased the vehicle, and even had it repaired once before so I would be interested to know what the technician found. At the end of the service I was told only that the tire pressure was 20 psi to start and that it got filled to 35 psi. No inspection was done. I asked which position the low tire was at and was told the rear passenger. I asked if that was before or after the rotation and was told before and they didn't know which position it was rotated to so now I cannot even monitor that specific tire. I asked if there was any kind of inspection that could be performed and I was offered to make an appointment. I told the advisor that the car would be heading to California on Monday (this happened on the Friday before) to accompany my daughter back to college and her response was that appointments were a few weeks out so it probably wouldn't work out. Now I have to hope and pray that she doesn't run into issues before she gets to her destination. I don't plan on servicing my vehicles here anymore unless I can be assured that issues I specifically point out prior to the start of an appointment are adequately addressed and go well beyond suggesting that I make another appointment.

I think I will be forming a relationship with another Ford dealer. Probably bickford Ford. I miss my hometown and I do not appreciate at all the way I was treated at West hills. I would have much rather planned an entire trip taking a ferry or driven for 2 and 1/2 hours to get there rather than go through the amount of stress and disrespect that I just went through today at your facility. The service tech was nice. Though I was reprimanded three times not by him by my service rep for walking into the shop. On a multi-point inspection and a used car inspection I would think that my engine oil and fluid leaks would have been checked my transmission differential and fluid level would have been checked my cooling system and hoses and my radiator core would have been checked I am unsure if this inspection was cut short or not. I was told by the sales rep in the very beginning service rep to not listen to any of the phone calls or anyone that I had talked to before. This led to her telling me it would be an hour to an hour and a half and that I didn't need a rental car like previously planned to have a rental car and to come back the next day. This was so ridiculous and so is the pricing. I would like to really know environmental recycling hazmat fee of 750? Shop supplies at 11:57? How were these things not already in my original quote of $205.So there is a lot to talk about too much to write to you because this started at 1:30 and ended very very very stressful Lee a little after 5... I was $40 short I was refused my keys to my vehicle and I was refused the $200 cash which I had just paid returned so that I could get a rental and return to purchase payment and finish receiving my car the next day. This resulted in me in the supervisor's office and him writing it off as $200 paid. though I'm thankful I got to leave I got to pick up my kids and I got to get home on time for them to get picked up by our parents will agreement and I had 15 minutes to spare. What I lost was 3 hours with my kids at the lake . I would like to know where my service advisor is who is it that will be calling me back and from what dealership do they exist at?
