Brenda, the representative, was great, no complaints. The diagnostic prices and parts markup though are beyond outrageous. I ended up finding a specialty shop to do the entire job for the price that your dealership wanted *just* for parts. As well, I am very disappointed that I bought this car from this dealership not too long ago, and there wasn’t any mention of some type of discount on a $5K estimate. Sorry to discover that this dealer is now all about maximizing profit instead of garnering repeat customers. Finally, the plastic seat cover and dirty paper floormat placed there during servicing was left in the vehicle for me to dispose of, and for my $300+ bill, it apparently wasn’t enough money to spend to wash/vacuum the car as a courtesy, it came back dirtier than when I left it. Much room for improvement, if anyone there cares. I don’t think they do, however.

I specifically requested my 10000 mile work up with checking belts, brakes etc. According to my paperwork this was NOT done. I need to speak with the Service Manager ASAP. With all the Stay at Home rules, it makes it quite difficult to get back to Bremerton.
