I would like to see more detail on your inspection list other than a check mark. I e a short explanation of what was seen as there nothing said about the 60 thousand mile service. No explanation what so ever other than a dirty air filter and tire air pressure and tread depth. For the charges of 725 dollars I expect more. Did more happen? Spark plugs new plug wires also if so there is nothing said or mentioned in the service report. All that was said to me is that you are in pretty good shape and your cost is725 dollars.

Sarah did a great job. I would have liked to have a few more options presented. I was only given one quote for a new engine. Just shy of $23,000. Offer no discount I shopped around and took my vehicle to a different mechanic.

It took two days for the tech to finally check what i tried to get him to check the first day. The starter!!! Cost me $400 just to rent a car for work. No communication between the administrator and the tech. Charged me to diagnose AND fix the issue. NOT happy at all

Didn't get complete brake lines fluid flush due to bleeder valves stuck/broken. Recommendation is to replace both front calipers. I think Maintenance Plan should pay for them. Colin did fine, no gripe against him.
