It was unfortunate that I was turned away with a car that would no longer start and that a rental was potentially not covered by the diesel warranty. JASON was absolutely incredible, and was the most HELPFUL service associate. I am VERY impressed that management contacted me, and resolved the issues that I encounter with the other service associate. I really appreciate the time that was invested to resolve my issues, and I look forward to having Haselwood of Bremerton service my vehicle in the future.
