The wait time was lengthy, I noticed the car in the parking lot so I had to inform the manager rather than being told. Also, the level of upsellibv to each customer was obvious and not subtle : cabin filter and brake flush. We all heard the same pitch. These services were costly.

I feel that I didn’t receive all of the information and that the written notes I left with my keys when I dropped off my vehicle were not read or taken seriously. It was only after multiple phone calls and voicemails and then driving in to the repair shop in person that I was able to discuss the problem and have them take it seriously.
They appeared over worked and that there are just not very many employees to help at this time.

My "front collision warning disabled" light came on twice in January, and I asked to have it fixed. When I checked out, I was told that it was inconsequential and they didn't want to take time to figure it out. As I drove home to Bainbridge, it came on five times. I had an issue with being told that my oil changes had expired and had spoken with 2 associates who mentioned that they would honor them. When I went in it was neither associate I had spoken with previously but the associate who helped did everything in his power and found the notes after he had accepted to honor them on my word. It could have been a bigger issue but thankfully the associate stayed calm and collected and made my experience better. Thank you!
