Again, I showed up to drop off the car and my appointment was not detailed accurately in the appointment system. I have never arrived for my scheduled appointment with it entered into the computer correctly. Also, it took a full month for my purchased price to come in and I received no communication about it. Of course, miraculously, the day I called was the day the part arrived...a month later. I find that hard to believe. But once my car was dropped off, I was taken very good care of.

MR. Anthony did a great job handling my repair. He actively listen to my complaints about my first round of service and worked very hard to rectify all of it. He got everything done in a very timely manner and I was extremely satisfied.

I had originally called last week because I had a "low coolant" alarm that appeared on the dashboard, I wanted to see if it was possible to bring my Passat in ASAP to get some coolant. But I was told that I had to wait an entire week before I can be scheduled just to get some coolant. This makes absolutely no sense. The service advisor had no clue about the danger of riding around with a low coolant alarm. I even asked if I can come the day after I called so that I can put the coolant in my self if you guys provided me with some. The service advisor said no. This put me in a panic because I had to drive all week with my two children, worried that I was going to damage the engine and be stuck on the road somewhere. After this experience I will never deal with VW again, this lease is up in July and I was planning on getting another lease, potentially a Tiguan, but after this encounter i will not be doing that. I am counting down the days until I can drive over to haselwood VW to drop the keys off along the Passat and never have to deal with this dealership again. Thank you

We called in for repair in January and were given a Feb. 16 date to bring the car in to be checked out. We were fortunate to have someone help us get the car in for the service on Feb. 11. To our surprise the car was looked at and we got it back today. If it takes 4-6 weeks to get the car scheduled for service we will have to look for a place where the service is more prompt. Thank you!

When you say. I will find out whats going on with your car and call you back. Then call me back. I shouldnt have to call the next day and try to get it figured out. That has happened twice. Both times my car has been in for service.

I came in for an oil change at 9:45am. I was told it should have been about an hour to an hour and a half before it would be finished. It ended up taking longer and I was not given a call about it at all. I would just like to be informed if things will take longer and when my vehicle is done. I called at about 12:15 and was told I’d get a call back in a few minutes with an update and I never received one. I ended up just coming back to the dealership almost an hour after that call and found my car sitting up front done. I didn’t have anything to do that day and I’m not overly upset I just think the communication could be a lot better.
