Caroline was fine. I am disappointed that the mechanic noticed a streak when my wipers ran, and instead of troubleshooting to see what the problem is, Caroline callled and said the mechanic recommended replacing the wiper blades. I had just changed them a month ago. I am disappointed that the first solution is the $50 one without a wipe of the blade or seeing if the arm was not working. Since I knew how new the blades were, this smells like a scam.

Checking out to pay for service is slow and disorganized the way it is set up now is not comfortable and there are employees everywhere but nobody seems to know where paperwork is. Also why are you asking who you have been working with? I got my oil changed and wasn’t working with anyone. Seems shady and not a comfortable environment
