Even though the vehicle didn’t end up being 100% fixed the first time we picked it up, Brett went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely the best customer service we have ever received at a large, corporate dealership.

Over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. That is unacceptable! Either hire more techs or schedule less appointments. Something needs to change or I will take my two vehicles elsewhere once my free oil changes are used up!

Communication was the issue I had here. There was a delay in getting a part, which I found out after I called for an update. A couple days later I left a voicemail asking for an update and never got a call back. I did speak to someone last saturday who promised me a call around the end of business that day and then never called. Overall, the frustration was that I was initially left to believe the repairs would be done by Wednesday after dropping the car off on Monday. I completely understand the weather-related delays in getting the part, but it seemed like it didn't occur to anyone to tell me that until I called your office. I just felt left out of the loop.
