I dropped my car off Monday night using the night drop box service. My appointment was for 8am Tuesday morning and I was called by Caroline by 10am confirming all service work was done. I was able to pick my car up much earlier then I thought I would. Caroline was very nice and helpful through my experience. I definitely recommend this service department to my friends

Paperwork given to me when I picked up my car had no notation of my complaints/concerns with my car.
Don’t believe she was aware of them all.
In addition mechanics noted my air filter needs to be dealt with in the future??
My car goes in regularly once per year. Should have gotten a call to authorize it to be replaced.
