Had 11:30 AM appt. and was there for 5 hours to do an engin scan. How could anyone be happy with no lunch and no report on progress for almost 5 hours! Why did I need an 11:30 AM appt. to do a 1/2 - 1 hour job and wait for 5 hours??? Rediculous!!!!

Had an extend warranty! Was not even offered a loaner! Since getting the car back I've changed the oil with what I've always used! Amsoil 5w 20 and now I'm hearing tapirt noise from valve train! Going to probably trade it in on a Toyota or Honda! I've had a99 Camry for years! Almost 300 k on it changed oil and timing belts and water pumps! Still running strong! Very disappointed with this car!

Appointment for crossrail installation was scheduled for 3:00 PM. Service department didn't look at my car until 4:30 PM. Only took minutes to install rails. Work was done properly, but too long of a wait and service too slow. First experience with this dealership service department.

When I arrived at the service department I was told the oil/filter change would be $69, then I told them I had a $10 coupon bringing it to $59.
After the service I was presented a bill for $96.
You can imagine my surprise at the addition of $23 labor, $5.8 for a drain plug etc.
Very deceptive practice!
