If you are going to half **** wash a new car then don’t bother. And don’t give me a coupon for a car wash that is closed for remodel! Very disgusted!

The service I recieved was awesome! Everything done was completely explained, and I really appreciate the inspection that was done, even though I only came in for an oil change. And as a cherry on the top, they even vac’d my car and threw in a coupon for a car wash. Great job!

Came in for a recall item. Inquired about a light bulb. Have a leased car with bumper to bumper warranty, light bulb has been out for 18 months, 3 times in the shop for service. I've bought 5 cars in 12 years from from you guys. Have said the same thing to every salesman and manager. Always have to play the game. Wastes of time. Always takes 3 to 5 hours Had two questions while my car was getting serviced the other day.1st, cans I trade my leased car in early on a trade? Yes of course. Can I just give it back a couple months early, and pay a fee or charge and walk away? Asked to salesman, the front desk gal, and couldn't get an answer. Left my name number and info for a manager to get back with me after am meeting. Nobody called. I called back 4 times in two days, with detailed messages, no reply or call back. Gave a one star review and said I wasn't happy.... I got 7 FN calls and 3 texts wanting to know how you could change my mind or give you more stars. A free lightbulb or a free install of the bulb would have made me happy A return phone call answering my original question, would have made me happy. A counter service person that didn't **** me about cleaning my car, or belittle or talk down to the female customer that was getting her car serviced would have made me happy. But ya know what did make me happy????... Going to Vlist Motors in Port Orchard. I liked 9 cars, got down to 5.2 BMWs, Acura, Mercedes, and an Audi. Drove 3 home. Came back and told em I wanted the Audi, I work graveyard and told em to do up the paperwork and I'd come back in a day or two. I did, and they did.Got a new Audi A4 Quattro. My windows tinted, and 4 new tires in my garage to put on in a year or two. I was in their office for 22 minutes total doing paperwork, and I was out the door and down the road! Zero down,$370 a month, 4.5% interest rate. 15 k for my leased car, 3k more than your salesperson told me. Any more questions? Thanks for the free car wash on my new Audi! You usually wash the car and clean it before it is returned, instead we were given a coupon to go take the car for a wash and when we got there the place was closed and it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon
