I couldn't get through to a live person for days- even when my car was getting serviced. When I tried to make an appointment, I was on hold for 20 minutes for svc Dept then disconnected. When I called back was on hold for 11 minutes for main number then disconnected again. Finally made my appointment online.

The mileage for next service display when you start up the car was not reset. So after the service today it says we have 70 miles until our next service. I now have to go back to dealer to have it reset

Would really appreciate the vehicle display on the dash be returned to the same setting I brought it in with. Might sound like a little issue but it was frustrating trying to remember how to change it back to my setting. This is also the 2nd warranty issue we’ve had to deal with in less than one year, last issue I had to call to see if part was in, I was not contacted as promised so I surely hope this issue’s service goes smoother in that regard.

The computers were glitching so I get that everyone was frantic but that doesn't explain why when I walked in and stood at the desk, no one made eye contact, much less greeted me for about 2 minutes. There were about 4 people behind the desk, only 1 person helping another customer. It was that person (Brett I think?) that finally greeted me while he assisted the other customer. I did some errands while I waited but after about 3 hours wanted to know the status and no one answered the phone in the service department. I went back and it was clear my car had been done a while. Brett showed me the stack of invoices he had to call on but it seems like someone else could be calling people to let them know their car is ready? Overall not a bad experience, just not great. No need to contact me.
