Another thought. What type of environment are you trying to create at your dealership? Classic rock played at more than background levels is what you want to help sell cars? I grew up on this music and love it! Just not played too loudly over the dealership's public address system. You need to address the overall environment of your building. I know you're not concentrating your sales efforts on 67 year old men, but as a Genesis dealer, shouldn't you a least consider it?

Once I left the dealership a EDC light came in mt car. I have a little expense with this in the past with another vw so I headed back and Natalie met me and got Tom from the shop area and he quickly figured out the issue fixed it 15 min, and I was on my way again after already waiting 4 hours at the dealership.
