You gouged me on labor. I came in to get a new serpentine belt tensioner and serpentine belt. Your technician took over 3 hours. I am a reasonable person, but this is ridiculous. I could have done that same procedure in an hour, and I am not a technician and I do not have the facilities and tools that you do. This is the reason why people avoid going to dealership service departments (except for warranty claims); you routinely charge a minimum of 50% more than a regular vw shop. The only reason I went to you was because it was saturday and no other shops were open.

Communication was bad with the text message system. I had no response to my inquiry on the status of my oil change. Appointment was at 9 and I had to call around 3 to check on the status. I informed them I wasn't in a hurry and didn't need by a certain time but I didn't expect 6 hours for about 30 minutes to an hour of work.

The team was extremely helpful and patient as they worked through the inconsistencies between what was considered 7500 mile on the website and what my owner's manual specified (all with regard to my Hyundai pre-paid scheduled maintenance plan). When we came to what seemed to be a dead end, the service manager I told me he would raise the issue further for resolution, a gesture I appreciate greatly.

Honestly I had an oil change, I got there at 12:30, took over 1/2 hour to get checked in. After over 2 hours I found a service person (Laurie - retirement day, not even working anymore) to help get me checked out). Pulled out of lot after 3:00. Long day for a simple oil change.
