Cameron was awesome! He ensured that were taken care of promptly and without hassle! Because of the uncertainty with our situation, he came back over to us to give us an update and even offered to reserve us a loaner car, should the maintenance take longer expected.
We recently moved back to the US after a few years abroad and the quality and timeliness of the service provided by Cameron and the whole team at Haselwood have ensured that we will be returning to Haselwood! Thanks again!

My car was serviced 12/2/20 and I asked for my mileage to be submitted for the MPG reimbursement for my 2012 Genesis. I hadn’t received an email so I contacted, in January, The customer service rep for the program who said the mileage was not submitted in December & directed me to call you again and have you submit it. So I called you again this month and still have not received an email from Hyundai for my MPG reimbursement card. I called the program rep and the mileage hasn’t been entered.

I called your parts dept and got a quote for the ATF, plug and washer.
Turns out everything was quoted much less than what I was charged.
