I scheduled the appointment many days early and told the service receptionist that I needed the oil change done quickly. I was given the first appointment of the day and sent my teen son early today. He was early for our 7:30 appointment but he told me there were 5 or 6 cars already ahead of him when he arrived. The oil change took about an hour and 40 minutes. He missed a second appointment this morning due to your scheduling. I am not sure why I scheduled early since it appears that you took care on a first come first served basis. This took too long, disregarded my request when I called to schedule the appointment and is not conducive to keeping our business in the future.
