I get my car serviced at Hazelwood and prior to that Parr because Laurie and Mark have been taking care of me and my car since I purchased a Passat in 2004.

My scheduled service was for 4hrs. When I returned to the shop,after 4hrs, my recall warranty work had not been started. I had to wait an additional hour for the work to be completed. You had my car for over 5hrs for 1plus hrs of work. It is obvious that warranty/ safety recall work is lower than whale stuff. I relise you don't value me as a customer so I will not returning. I have purchased two cars from your dealership but never again.
I will submit my comments to any social media website that comes looking for comments.

The difference between great cars and junk cars is great maintenance. I appreciate the entire VW Service Team for paying attention to and properly servicing the many parts and details as necessary always maintaining my 2004 VW Beetle Convertible with the same performance standards and safety standards as when it was new. Plus Laurie Mellick helped me save money on pre-paid oil changes and on new Continental tires and Laurie stayed a little late one time a couple years ago to enable me to get my car returned the same day.
