My issue was not with the advisor. My first 2 trips to the service department I have been greeted with we are overbooked and can't complete your services. I was given a rental car the first time because I was turned away from my appointment and told to come back the following day, they ended up giving me a rental. This time they said they could do my oil change but not the diagnosis. I was pretty frustrated so they said they would. Had the filter changed and was told it was better. Filter made no difference. I left a message today with finance asking about a refund for all extended service option I paid for. I can't keep taking time off work to go to an appointment just to be told there isn't time for me.

The time element was a little long and I had an appointment there was still two cars ahead of me and I had this appointment two weeks in advance there should have been no delay but your coordinator got it fixed still took 90 minutes

I was told when the oil change was done that they had made a mistake and told someone else that their air filter and cabin air filter needed change but it was actually my vehicle and they had already changed it without letting me know and I had just had it changed in December so I was puzzled by that. they did gave me $20 off but I still don't even know if I really did get a new air filter in my vehicle or not. Also they kept getting the paperwork mixed up and I compared my paperwork from last time to my paperwork this time and my brakes have more than they did last time so it just seems like things got a little hectic and things got messed up so I am not sure if everything was done today correctly.

Customer service from Cameron was terrible. When asked he failed to be honest about diagnostic test results or the cost of repairs. I directed him to stop working on the car prior to generating any charges not covered by the warranty which he also failed to do. When I picked up the vehicle from the other service advisors I received a more complete discussion of the required repairs but also got a bill for $180 and incomplete repairs. I left a message at the service desk for management to contact me tomorrow morning. I have been a Haselwood Hyundai customer for several years and this is the only member of the team who has failed to meet my expectations. This is the second interaction with him that I received this type of performance from him.

The only issue I has was that when they found the rock chips I was told 65 and when it was time to pay it was over 85 other than that everything is fine
