Onions: Appointment for 10:30. I arrived at 10, and checked in. Asked for shuttle.
Shuttle service.
A long time coming.
Then Scheduled pickup for 1:00. No show. I am deaf, gave him the number of the captioned phone in my office. No call. I emailed Haselwood at 1:30.
Shuttle arrived at 2.
Orchids: The (poorly designed) plastic cover allowing access to tail light assembly was hard for me to replace after I changed the bulb. A tech from the shop interrupted his work to come help. Magic touch. Popped it right in. Thank you.

He kept us informed daily in detail on the status of our vehicle. Upon completion of our vehicle service he explained in detail the exact service that was performed, the cost and answered all our questions. He walked us to our vehicle and bid us farewell .
