I think it would be really wonderful if the service department would let us know when there are possible coupons to apply to our service. There was an available coupon for a cabin filter that would have saved us about $15, and I didn't find out about it until after I got home and was going through my emails. I was disappointed!
Otherwise, Tim was wonderful to work with and very helpful!

Turned car in for an electrical problem. During the three weeks the car was kept promised communication was not received and I had to repeatedly call the dealership to get an update and twice was told more work needed to be done. $5,000 later and still the original complaint of an electric problem not duplicated and corrected. Biggest issue was lack of timely communication.

Leaving vw I realized that my alignment is off. Its pulling more to the right, and my sisters Jetta had the same problem when leaving the dealership. Now i need to schedule another appointment to get this corrected but I think I would rather take it to a different vw dealership.
