Lori was great. Unfortunately the shuttle driver forgot to pick me up and I waited 45 minutes on the street. But as soon as Lori found out she made sure he picked me up and he came as quickly as he could.

I arrived for my car's first oil change at 11:30. I was told the procedure would last about 45 min. It took about one hour and 55 min. No exaggeration. Apparently, all mechanics take lunch at the same time. I was to attend a lecture beginning at 1:00 at the Kitsap Regional Library.(About 5 miles away.) I missed it!! May I suggest staggering breaks? I feel no fault lies with Laurie Mellick. Sorry to complain. I bought the car there. Gail D

Scheduled diagnostic over lunch, increased time. Insisted 120$ to diagnose a problem that would take 30 seconds to look at. So didn’t bother leaving car. . Will find new mechanic for future work. Thanks

It is too bad that you have given the cashier responsibilities to the service representatives. They are WAY TOO BUSY to be able to take care of this in a timely manner. They should be left to take care of service issues and let the taking of payments be done by another person.

Jay did a good job in handling my first visit to the dealership. Wish that something was found wrong, but that's the way it goes sometimes. Curious about the 'it was vacuumed' statement with no visible results, but that probably came from someone in the back and Jay didn't perform it personally. Discussed it with Jay on my next visit and he took time to come look.
