II was surprised that a car wash was not offered, as it was on my first service appointment when I was given a coupon for a local car wash. In my experience, this is a common courtesy provided...and is especially appreciated during the winter/early spring when there is more road dirt and less opportunity to wash at home

My appt was for 8:15 am. Took 15 min to check in. When making the appt was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. So I figured I would be home by 10:30-11 am. I had a contractor coming at 11 am for an important repair. At 9:30 I discovered they were just starting to work on my car. Instead of 1.5 hours I was there for over 3 hours and paying for the contractor to wait an hour and a half until I could get home.
What upset me was no one advised me when I checked in that they were already backed up and that it would add an hour or so to the total time. I had to keep asking for updates. Had I known I would have either rescheduled or asked the contractor if he could reschedule his arrival
