I brought my car in for the ABS module recall, found out there was another recall for a system update and for some reason my steering wheel now turns in a whole 360 degree circle. It’s never done that or been as loose as it is now. I don’t know much but I do know that my break system and a system update has nothing to do with my steering wheel and it shouldn’t do what it does now.

Natalie's service was exceptional. She did a fantastic job communicating throughout the day with me, and though I had to wait longer than anticipated, I was given a great discount. My disappointment was not with the service advisor, rather the fact that I was told that the glass from my shattered drivers side window would be removed from my car. When I got a little further down the road, I realized that there was a giant piece of glass between my legs on my drivers seat. I then examined the rest of the area only to find glass still under my seat. Before I came in, I vacuumed what I could from my car. There was still a large portion of glass underneath the tracks that my drivers seat moves over. And my vacuum couldn't reach those places. I was assured it would be taken care of for me and it was not. So I'm a bit disappointed about that. As I was told, it was the responsibility of the service department before my vehicle was returned to me; otherwise my complaint would be with the glass shop. Please let me know how we can fix this. :)

It is 01-09-2021. I had one oil voucher left, that expired 12-31-2020. Under the current circumstances with the pandemic going on, and challenges people faces being able to make appointments and find times that fit their schedules, it should have been honored without hesitation. Many businesses are extending expiration dates on gift cards and certificates, and Haselwood should have too.

It took 3 days to determine that the problem was a failed battery. I was charged 565.00 to install a battery that retails for 165.00. I was told that l could prepay online and simply drive the car off the lot. I prepaid but was asked to pay again before I could pick up my car. My prepayment was not recorded as promised.
