I have been without my vehicle for more than 2 weeks, with a problem that we had an appointment for before this service visit. Due to the service center’s inability to fix the documented problem in that visit, I broke down on the highway 8 miles from the service center and much father from home. I was stranded with my toddler for hours, only to bring my car back to the service center again. From there I have been given few updates, parts have been broken in fixing the original problem, and I have had to repeatedly take a ferry to access the service center from my island home. This has been a terrible service center experience. I would not recommend anyone using this service for anything if they want their vehicle fixed in a timely manner.

First off, I made an appointment for oil change service and to have a part of my car looked at for a strange noise. My husband dropped it off at 6:30 this morning and it was there all day. He called around 3pm to get an update because no one called either of us (when they said they did, and that is a lie) and see if it was done... when the service rep informed him that the car was never even seen, keys were still in the lock box. They told him it would be ready at 4:30pm (to which he would have had to wait at the dealership for 45 minutes). The whole point of dropping it off was to be in and out and not have to sit down there and wait (especially during Covid). This is unacceptable and after having other issues in dealing with this dealership, I am done. I will take my business elsewhere and I will not recommend to anyone else in going there.

I called a week in advance to schedule an appt. I explained everything that I needed. According to the phone operator, they took all the notes, entered all the details, and scheduled the appt. When I showed up for my appt, the appt wasn't in the computer and neither were the notes. When I had made the appt, I was told it would take half day to full day. So when I dropped off the car, I rented a car. I waited all day and never heard a word about car status. It was just an oil change, break fluid change, and electrical check on a chair button. I called at 4pm to check in since my rental car was due at 530pm. Was sent straight to voicemail by the operator. I also text the "text message service" with the same problem. I needed to return the rental car at 530 and still had not received an update. 1 hour later, still no contact. I try calling again at 5pm, and told the operator that I needed to speak to somebody because my rental was due and I hadn't received an update. I finally get transfer to a person, and my car is miraculously done and ready for pick up.

We were totally impressed with Natalie upon our recall visit last Saturday. As a retiree that worked with customers (supervisor for 10 years)... She was super impressive. Even though the weather was horrible, she was very pleasant, helpful and seemed to love her job. She made the process seem very simple. She's a keeper in my humble opinion. I have had it with his bs. I'm going to give him a chance to respond and after that I'm taking his **** and his little **** to court

I brought my recently purchased car in because the key fob started dying days after purchase. While driving over, the check engine light came on (at 30k miles). Though the car signified a problem, the mechanic was unable to identify what it was and just turned the check engine light off. Additionally upon returning the car to me, something I had placed in the car prior to showing up that day was stolen out of the passenger door. My visor was ordered, and I did get the pricing on the floor mats like I asked for. However, I also asked about creating an extra key and that was glossed over. All in all, for a first time being there, it was a really bad experience. I will be removing everything from my car before dropping it off in future trips.
