Natalie was great - and everyone I worked with and talked to was also great. I do wish your loaner/rental process were a bit smoother. Especially with COVID, it would be much better if loaner cars were available at the dealership without requiring a shuttle ride. I don't mind paying for the loaner, but wish it didn't require the whole shuttle/rental process. Thanks.
