Why is the price up 30 dollars in just 6mounts not happy about that,Is the price of oil up and filters up that much I don’t think so,As of now I will not be back for service

I came in asking for an oil change and a wiper to be fixed. Im completely satisfied by oil change. Im not with wiper fix. When I arrived my wiper was working, just not well. When i left 4 hours later i had 2 non functioning wipers and a request to have a 143 dollar diagnostic done to determine what's wrong. Something occurred while at your service dept. to cause my wipers not to work at all and nobody, including the service manager took any responsibility. I have rescheduled an appointment.

I only went in to have keys programmed. I arrived at 7:20 for a 7:30 appointment and waited until 8:45 to get my car back. This 5 minute job costed me an hour and 15 minutes and 177.00. For some reason when you get the keys programmed you get charged for shop and hazard waste fees. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure where this comment goes or how much you really care about my satisfaction but you should consider the customers time as well. I paid over 350.00 for two keys and then had to pay 177.00 to get them programmed. This is robbery. I could of went to a locksmith and had everything done for 175.00 total out the door. Unfortunate for me I trusted the VW dealership. I will not again. This is absolutely unacceptable for a returning customer. I will do my business elsewhere from here on out.
The receptionist that checked me in was great and she was not any of my dissatisfaction.

There was a little bit of a lack of communication when it came to issues found and the work that was going to be done. I had to call after not hearing from anyone for 3 hours to figure out what it is that they had found. There was an issue with my door latching and it was fixed but what I would have preferred was for me to have gotten a phone call and told exactly what the issue was and then explained the pricing. That didn't happen, did I need my door fixed, yes. But I also wasn't informed about price and wasn't asked if I wanted it done. More transparency would be greatly appreciated in the future
