I’ve had my car for 3 months now and CarNet has not been working. Yesterday I thought I would be getting the problem fixed. I waited 2 hours and noticed that I still could not connect my car to the CarNet app. So I went back to the service department for another hour and still no fix. It’s getting cold out and I would like to start my car in the morning for my daughter and I, but I can’t because of this problem.
