Arrived shortly before our service appointment time; then waited over 15 min. and no one behind service counters so much as looked up to say someone would be with me soon (too busy on phone and/or computer). Not even the several maintenance people stepping thru the room had time for a “hello”. Then a lady, apparently an affiliate, stepped in front door and walked half-way across the room to explain she wasn’t with the service dept. yet someone would be with me soon. We then recognized each other...Kyrsten Blair who originally had arranged sale of this vehicle to us. I salute her as a customer-service oriented associate. We continue to appreciate her considerate, professional demeanor. When finally off the phone Nina Shaw came to check me in for the work order; thereafter she too was pleasant and kind; and thoughtfully sensitive to my diminished hearing needs for communicating. The guy on the computer never so much as said “boo, how are you?” ????????
