First, there was a line backed up onto the street to get in.
It took longer and was more expensive than I was told.
Further, after asking for an update, and being told it will be done soon. I had to check back myself, only to find the attendant chatting with another employee.
Not the level of service I expect.

We had an oil change there today! never in my life have I paid that much for an oil change, it was $92!!!! that is outrageous. I will never come there again the most I’ve ever paid for all change was $52.I am 63 years old and retired retired military. They gave me an estimate of $65 which I thought was high.
