Nina was great. Very professional and courteous. However the waiting room was not a good experience. It was full of employees being un necessarily loud, music was blaring and the tv was on with no sound. Why even have it on? It was not a comfortable wait, it was just loud, to many sounds going off at once...the whole time. Even a car horn inside the show room went off and it took several minutes for someone to shut it off.

I made appointment for 3 recalls at least 3 days prior and was told my car would be done by 3:00. I went to pick car up at 3:25 and not only was my car not done but I was told a part needed for recall had to be ordered and I would need to come back! Why wouldn’t the part I needed not be ordered PRIOR to my appointment? Then my car was not done until almost 4 pm. There are 2 employees working in service department but only 1 person seemed to be able to help me? I waited and waited with 1 employee not helping anyone that could have helped me. I finally had to ask if he could help me since I saw my car was done and he mumbled something about needing to print out paperwork. Good customer service goes something like “ Hey, I haven’t forgot about you I will be with you soon” or “ sorry for the delay let me check on your car for you”. Employees walked by me just standing there without asking me if I have been helped, etc... First time ever to dealership and last. The gal who helped me was friendly and did apologize when she finally got to me after closing time BUT I should have been acknowledged and greeted by ANY employee seeing me just standing there looking lost.

I wasn’t told any updates about my service while my car was there OVERNIGHT due to no one answering the phone or telling me what was going on. The following morning when I tried to get into contact with someone at the dealership no one would answer the phone or give me any updates.
