The major repair work is complete, and was done correctly, as I expected. However the minor repair, I had purchased a PART for, was not installed. The part was at your facility. Cole, was so amazing. He showed me the part, and he too, did not understand why the part wasn't planned, or scheduled for installation. Cole Thompson gets my Five star ?? ???????? Rating.
The scheduler that ordered the part I paid for. Gets well...you know.

The service I have been paying for has not been of quality one would expect from your dealer ship.your service person did his job but the sub contractor did not do what would be Ecceptable for a new car and what a customer would want when buying a new car and going above their regular insurance and purchase insurance through your dealership.that being said hopefully thing will be made right or they won’t.its obviously not up to me because I already payed for my part of the deal

Well started out okay, then after an hour I checked in and got no response 30 mins later he came and got me and told me that the guy tried to rig up something to make it work, and decided that he needed to order the part. No jimmy rigging should have been a thought with my fully warranted car of two years. Plus Jeffrey told finance I need to talk to them and in that time no one came to talk to me. This was my second time reaching out to finance about my warranty. He said he would have someone call me. And here it is Monday evening. So nope not a great service appt. when I come back to get the part installed I will need a rental car if they are going to take an hour and a half. I came in pleasant and left pissed. Should have been a 15 min appt, then schedule for the work.
