Payton was wonderful. I am upset with who ever made the appointment. They told me it would be a day to a day and a half. Which is fine but it took 2.5 hours. I understand that they want to give then enough time but there is a big difference in time there. Had I known I could of changed days and not had to rent a car. Very disappointed with the people who schedule the appointment.
