Parts should have been available. I booked ahead with my symptoms of the issue. I observed the majority of the employees, on their phone when they should be working. Thanks to the service desk, Nina Shaw especially. Very professional and an asset to your great team. I will have to make another appointment to finish the work. Hope this isn't typical, Hazelwood has a reputation for gouging it's costumer base. Thanks for listening. I'm a trained Department Evaluator (retired).

I was there there for 3 hours after I had checked in for my appointment and still no one had told me anything. I had to go ask Nina who had to find out what was happening with my car. My engine light had come on 12 days after I had just brought it in for an engine light. I dont understand why it keeps coming back on and I have to keep paying for analyzing the problems which probably could have been caught the first time.

The service went fine until we were given the car back at which time we found a used face mask in the passenger seat and greasy hand prints on the inside and outside of the door where the window detects into it. Thete was also a small scratch on the driver side mirror that wasn't there when I took the car in for service. Those factors were disappointing.

I was completly satisfied with Payton. But EVERY TIME I come in for an oil change I am underwhelmed by the lack of welcoming by the general staff sitting at the desks and always think "I wouldn't come here if there were an alternative because the feeling I get is...I'm too busy to deal with you, just shut up and wait." Again, Payton was great. Only wish my comments ever made a difference cause nothing ever changes.
